Return & Refund Policy

At Vastramart, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you can return products and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and any free gifts (if applicable).

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, or marked as “non-returnable,” are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, email us at new3gservice2019@gmail.com or call +91 97769 77550 within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product details.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or ask you to self-ship the product to our return address.

  4. After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.

Note: Reverse pickup availability depends on the logistics provider. If reverse pickup is not available, customers are required to send the product via a reliable courier service at their own cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes the quality check.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, card, UPI).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made to the customer’s bank account.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing new3gservice2019@gmail.com with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and you must follow the return process after delivery.
